Gold Award Presentation

When the Gold Award is completed, our young people are invited to attend a DofE Gold Award Presentation (GAP) where they’ll get the chance to meet a member of the Royal Family at one of the Royal Palaces in London or Edinburgh.

Virtual Gold Award Celebrations

We like to make sure our young people are recognised within the business, so we host annual virtual celebrations, inviting members of Amey and the DofE's Senior Leadership teams - please see the video below:

People Manager Support

People Managers are encouraged to fully support their employee(s) whilst on the Gold Award.

Giftboxes

When a young person completes their qualifying residential, we send them a giftbox to share our huge congratulations with them.
