DofE Champions
Using their skills to help promote the DofE to other young people within Amey
After completing the DofE, our young people have the chance to become DofE champions within Amey. As part of this role, they will become ambassadors to help promote the DofE to other young people within the organisation and across the UK.
There are opportunities to get involved in internal and external events:
- Present on our recruitment webinars - to help inspire more young people to take part in the award
- Share their experience - provide case studies
- Talk at external DofE events
- Provide videos - sharing any tips/advice for young people
Our current DofE Champions are:
- Bilal Valley
- Ben Morris
- Sarah Monaghan
- Sam Rintoul
- Deivydas Andriuskevicius
- Alexander Rowson-Brown
- Jade Appleton
Alexander Rowson-Brown said, "I believe it is important to encourage the next generation to give back to their community and find adventure"
Sam Rintoul commented, "Being a DofE champion is important to me as I can guide people and help them experience DofE and help them achieve the most out of the programme so they can learn more about themselves and meet new people throughout the business."
